Important Allergen Information

Our Deluxe Sprinkle Blends may contain gluten, wheat, dairy and soy, and may contain traces of eggs and nuts due to shared manufacturing facilities.

These facilities process ingredients including tree nuts, pine nuts, soy lecithin, milk, wheat, eggs and soybean.

If you have a food allergy or severe food intolerance to any of these ingredients, we recommend avoiding all Sprinkle Nest sprinkle mixes.

Important Safety Information

Sprinkles and cake decorations can be a choking hazard, particularly for children aged 3 years and under.

Extra care should be taken with metallic cachous, rods, large or hard sugar pearls and chocolate balls.

We recommend removing hard or larger decorations before serving to young children.

Some sprinkles and decorations are also very hard and may pose a risk of damage to teeth. We recommend removing hard candies and other particularly hard decorations before consuming.

Children should always be supervised by an adult when consuming products decorated with sprinkles and cake decorations.

Sprinkle Nest products should always be used as intended. Sprinkle Nest is not responsible for injury resulting from inappropriate use or consumption of our products.

Ingredient Information

Some of our products contain food colours and additives that may appear as E-numbers on ingredient lists.

Below is a general guide to some of the E-numbers that may be found in our products.

E100 — Curcumin

A natural yellow food colour derived from turmeric.

E120 — Carmine

A natural red food colour derived from insects. Not suitable for vegans.

E131 — Patent Blue V

A synthetic blue food colour.

E133 — Brilliant Blue FCF

A synthetic blue food colour.

E141 — Copper Complexes of Chlorophylls

A green food colour derived from chlorophyll.

E153 — Vegetable Carbon

A black food colour produced from vegetable material.

E163 — Anthocyanins

Natural colour compounds found in many fruits, flowers and berries.

E171 — Titanium Dioxide

A mineral-based white colouring agent. Please note that permitted uses of food additives vary between countries.

E172 — Iron Oxides

Mineral-based colourants used to provide various colours.

E174 — Silver

Silver used as a colouring or coating agent.

E464 — Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose

A cellulose-derived ingredient commonly used as a thickener, stabiliser or emulsifier.

E460(i) — Cellulose

A plant-derived ingredient commonly used as a thickener, filler or anti-caking agent.

E470b — Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids

Used as a stabiliser, emulsifier or anti-caking agent. The source of the fatty acids can vary.

E472 — Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides

Used as emulsifiers and stabilisers. The source of the fatty acids can vary depending on the manufacturer.

E901 — Beeswax

A natural wax produced by honeybees and commonly used as a glazing or coating agent. Not suitable for vegans.

E904 — Shellac

A natural glazing agent derived from the resinous secretion of the lac insect. Not suitable for vegans.
